Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of receipt.

Our Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fly Lines: Due to their nature and potential for contamination
  • Wading Gear: Specifically waders and wading boots that show signs of water testing or use

These items may only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Important: All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may be subject to reduced refund or refusal.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the exchanged item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Exchange shipping is free for U.S. addresses but international customers are responsible for additional shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers (outside the United States) are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or import duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and declaring the package as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional charges.
